  Products

  PeopleSoft/ERP

Provide UF/IFAS units and departments with current and historical information regarding essential business functions such as payroll, budget, HR/workforce and grants. ITBS does not maintain PS/ERP data but provides support to its users to query the component datasets and select, format and output data into usable Excel, CSV and text files.

  UF Registrar data

Support the UF/IFAS College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and other departments, by providing periodic and ad-hoc reporting of current and historic student and faculty data.

  Indirect Cost Distribution

Coordinate with the Office of Budget and Finance to track indirect cost distribution to UF/IFAS departments.

  Unifas

Provide UF course evaluation, course section and grants data, on a semester-by-semester basis, to the Unifas faculty activity system.

  Current Research Information System (CRIS)

Provide expenditure reports by federal fiscal year to UF/IFAS departments. Also provide a local Access/SQL-based interface for data gathering and project reporting. 

  Forms and Documents

Maintain various downloadable forms and documents. 

  Security Administration

Create and maintain UF/CNS accounts for UF/IFAS departments.

  UF/IFAS email

Create and maintain mailboxes for UF/IFAS faculty and staff.
